Chicken And Dumplings - Country Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewing hen
    2 qt. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Stew chicken until tender in 1 quart water.
    Cool and remove from bone.
    Cut chicken into desired pieces.
    Add 1 quart water, salt and pepper to taste.
    Heat to simmering.
