Prime Rib Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. worcestershire sauce
1 (5 to 6 lb.) prime rib roast (at room temperature)
Preparation

Pour worcestershire sauce over roast.
Place roast on a rack in a broiler pan.
Bake at 550\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 18 to 20 minutes per pound.
This will be medium rare.
