Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. flour (loosely packed)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs, add sugar, oil and dry ingredients and mix well. Add grated carrots and nuts until well-mixed. Bake in 9 X 13 oblong pan or 3 - 8 inch pans at 350 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes. Cool; then put together with the following icing.
