Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimentos
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. diced green chiles, drained and chopped
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Drain pimentos and reserve 2 teaspoons pimentos for top.
    Mix the rest in a bowl and bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serve with taco chips.
