Spicy Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 99% fat free yellow cheese
    2 hot peppers to taste
    2 cloves garlic
    8 oz. fat free cottage cheese
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    evaporated skim milk
    pimentos and chopped pecans (to decorate)
Preparation
    Dice cheese and let soften at room temperature (2 hours). Dice peppers and garlic.
    Put cottage cheese through blender and blend smooth; thin, if necessary, with lemon juice.
    Mix all together until smooth.
    Add pecans and evaporated skim milk necessary to reach desired consistency.
    Form into ball and decorate with nuts and pimento.
    Chill.
