Mock Irish Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 lb. thinly sliced raw potatoes, peeled
    1 c. thinly sliced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. or one cube beef bouillon
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. dehydrated parsley leaves
    1 small can refrigerated biscuit dough
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    small amount water
Preparation
    In large greased casserole dish, layer potato slices, onion and browned hamburger.
    Season each layer with sprinkling of salt, pepper, powdered bouillon, powdered or minced garlic and parsley leaves.
    Continue layers until casserole dish is an inch below the rim of the bowl.
    Whisk mushroom soup with small amount (3 or 4 tablespoons) water until smooth and lump free.
    Slowly pour over other ingredients, shaking until well covered.
    Place in 350\u00b0 oven and bake for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven; cover with refrigerated biscuits.
    Return to oven and bake at 350\u00b0 until biscuits are gold.
    Remove and cool slightly before serving. Serves 4.
