Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash (about)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. grated or chopped onion
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. s. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender.
    Mash and add onion, salt and pepper. Add beaten eggs, milk and crumbs.
    Put into a casserole sprayed with Pam.
    Top with cheese and a few cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in oven until set, lightly brown or cheese melts.
