Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cut up fully cooked smoked ham
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater).
Pour into plate.
Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
Experiment with different meats and cheeses.
