Cheddar Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
3 c. chopped potatoes
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1/4 c. oleo
1/4 c. flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. chopped boiled ham
Preparation

Simmer water, vegetables and seasoning until tender.
Don't drain.
Make white sauce (milk, oleo and flour).
Add cheese. Stir until melted.
Add meat and vegetables.
Don't boil.
Serves 8.
