Low-Fat Baked Fish With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh skinless flounder fillets
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. fine breadcrumbs
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    nonstick spray coating
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray a shallow baking pan with nonstick coating.
    Place fillets in dish, tucking under any thin edges.
    Melt margarine; brush on top of fish.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
