Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c flour
    1 1/4 c milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
    2 cups cubed cooked ham
    3 cup diced cooked potatoes
Preparation
    Saute onions and bell peppers in oleo and cook until they are wilted looking.
    Stir in flour, mixing well.
    Slowly add milk and seasoning.
    Add cheese.
    Cook and stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly.
    Do not overcook.
    Add ham and potatoes into baking dish.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
