Spanish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, lightly browned
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can corn, undrained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
Preparation
    Put in a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    If too dry, add a small amount of water.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
    Serve with Harvard beets and apple crunch.
