Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. squash
    4 c. onions
    2 large jars pimento peppers
    2 large bell peppers
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 tsp. pickling spices
    1 tsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. celery seed
    4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Grind the first 4 ingredients.
    Sprinkle 5 teaspoons of salt over and let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Next a.m. rinse mixture well and drain in colander.
    Set aside.
