Skip-A-Step Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    9 uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
    Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
    Layer uncooked noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese and Ricotta cheese, 1/3 at a time, in baking dish.
    Pour boiling water around edge of dish.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    May substitute mixture of cottage cheese and 1 egg for Ricotta cheese.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
