Carrot Cake - Bauernkuchen "Farmer'S Cake" - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded carrots *
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. crushed pineapple

Preparation

*Instead of shredded carrots, use 2 (7 ounce) jars of junior carrot baby food.
