Low-Salt Italian Salad(Ingredients Are Approximate. Use More Or Less.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. broccoli florets
    1 c. cauliflower florets
    1 small zucchini
    1/2 cucumber
    1 small green pepper
    1/2 to 1 red pepper (optional)
    1 tomato
    1 stalk celery
    1 small chopped onion
    1 to 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    vinegar and olive oil to taste
Preparation
    Cut all vegetables into bite-size pieces and place in a large bowl.
    Add seasoning, oil and vinegar.
    Toss until well coated.
