Pumpkin Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
    Cook over low heat, stirring continually, until thickened.
    Put in clean jars; cover with lids and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Refrigerate after opening.
