Butterscotch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 tart apples, peeled and chopped
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 pkg. (11 oz.) butterscotch chips
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon to egg mixture and mix well.
    Stir in apples and pecans.
