Congealed Spring Garden Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 cans crushed pineapple, drained
2 small pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Combine Jell-O, marshmallows and water.
While this mixture is congealing, mash cream cheese and add nuts.
Add vinegar and juice from pineapple.
Then add pineapple.
Add this to the congealed mixture.
Chill.
Cut in squares and serve as salad on lettuce or as a dessert topped with Cool Whip.
