Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) box chopped spinach, thawed
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
    6 big lasagna noodles
    5 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray 8 x 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
    Cook spinach as directed; drain and press between paper towels.
    Break egg into a mixing bowl; beat with a fork. Add spinach and cottage cheese; stir well.
    Spoon 1/3 of pizza sauce into baking dish.
    Place 3 uncooked lasagna noodles in a single layer over pizza sauce.
    Top noodles with half of spinach mixture. Layer half of zucchini slices over spinach.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese over zucchini.
    Repeat layer process ending with a top layer of pizza sauce.
    Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
