Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. wheat flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
3 c. buttermilk
6 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
In another bowl, beat eggs.
Stir in buttermilk and melted butter.
Pour together.
Mix until smooth. Makes 24 pancakes.
