Ingredients

1 c. oats
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Combine oats in boiling water. Let set 10 minutes. Add Wesson oil, eggs and sugars. Sift dry ingredients. Mix with other ingredients. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
