Imogene'S French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    1 1/4 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 eggs
    1 can flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs well; add the other ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm.
