Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. plain flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. sweet milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring

Preparation

Combine
all ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at\t400\u00b0
for
10
minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until slightly brown.
