Cowboy Stew(Serving Size: 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can pureed stewed tomatoes
    2 cans Ranch Style beans
    1 1/2 cans water
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and drain; add onion, bell pepper and celery and stir until vegetables are soft.
    Add tomatoes, corn, beans and water.
    Season to taste.
    Simmer about thirty minutes.
    Recipe may be doubled.
    Freezes well.
