Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak (1 x 2-inches)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    3 c. cooked noodles
    1 can beef consomme soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Flour, pepper and brown steak in oleo.
    Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; brown lightly.
    Stir in consomme soup, cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally. Then stir in sour cream and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve over noodles.
