Louisiana Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    4 oz. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    12 oz. day-old French bread
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. currants
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Place eggs in a mixer bowl and beat until foamy.
    In a separate bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and allspice until evenly mixed.
    Add mixture to eggs and beat until smooth.
    Add milk, vanilla and salt.
    This is a custard base.
