Cool Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Slice and boil carrots 5 to 6 minutes, still crisp and salted to taste.
    Chop onion, pepper and mix other ingredients.
    Add onion and pepper.
    Pour over cooled carrots.
    Marinate overnight.
