Eastern Shore Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes (fresh or canned), cooked
    1 small box Bisquick
    1 stick margarine (at room temperature)
Preparation
    Mix sweets and margarine.
    Add Bisquick.
    Mix well. Chill at least 1 hour.
    You can sprinkle flour to keep dough from sticking. Roll and cut on floured board.
    Pierce top of biscuits.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 24 minutes.
