Casseroled Cherry Dessert(10 To 12 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. white, yellow, chocolate or spice cake mix
2 cans (1 lb. each) cherry pie filling
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. almond flavoring
1 tsp. red food coloring
Preparation

Prepare cake according to package directions.
Turn into greased, shallow 3-quart casserole or a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Combine undrained cherries with remaining ingredients.
Pour cherry mixture evenly over batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold, topped with whipped cream or ice cream, if you like.
