Ingredients

red beets
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vinegar
cornstarch or flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cook as many beets as you plan to eat.
Skin and dice into a saucepan.
For 4 people, put them in a saucepan; add butter, sugar, vinegar and slightly thicken with flour or cornstarch. Bring to a boil and serve.
