Katie Randall'S Crustless Brownie Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. soft margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except nuts.
Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
Stir in nuts.
Spread evenly in a buttered 9-inch pie pan. Double this recipe and bake in 8 1/2 x 12 x 2-inch pan.
Pie will puff and then fall.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
