Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 9 in. deep dish pie shell, unbaked
    1 (6 to 7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
    1 sm. onion
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon peel, grated or 1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    1/4 c. almonds, sliced
Preparation
    Sprinkle cheese evenly over bottom of crust.
    Top with crabmeat.
    Sprinkle with chopped onion.
    Combine eggs with milk, salt, lemon juice or peel, and mustard.
    Pour over crabmeat, top with sliced almonds.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set. Remove and let stand for 10 minutes.
