Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3 or 4 diced potatoes
    1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1 pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix together. Add (raw) ground beef. Rinse V-8 juice can with 1/3 cup water.
    Bring to a boil. Simmer until potatoes are done.
