Chol-Free Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and salt.
    Mix yeast with warm water; set aside.
    Sift flour; sit it aside.
    Add boiling water to sugar and salt mixture; stir until Crisco is melted.
    Add cold water, then add yeast mixture.
    Stir until well blended.
    Stir in flour just until it is well mixed.
    Put in bowl that has airtight lid.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Knead a few times when ready to bake. Roll in small balls and place on a cooking sheet sprayed with Pam, about 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown.
    Brush with melted margarine.
