Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable spray
    1 1/2 lb. apples (5 medium size)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Spray 2-quart casserole dish with vegetable spray.
    Slice unpeeled apples.
    Arrange apple slices in bottom of dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice and cinnamon.
    In a medium bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar and oatmeal.
    Cut in the margarine with a fork until the mixture is crumbly.
    Spread over the fruit.
    Bake 40 minutes or until the apples are tender.
