Mincemeat Ring Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. prepared mincemeat
1 c. chopped nuts
3 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients and beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
