Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 c. uncooked rice (regular, not Minute)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. hot sauce (may be left out)
Preparation
    Mix and put in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until rice is tender (approximately 30 minutes).
    (Sausage may be cooked some and crumbled and drained to cut down on grease.)
