Creamy Horseradish And "Dill Meat Balls" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
1 large onion, chopped
3/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. horseradish
4 tsp. chopped dill or 3 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. reduced-sodium beef broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. no-fat sour cream
hot, cooked egg noodles
Preparation

Combine beef, crumbs, onion, water, horseradish, dill and salt in bowl.
Shape meat into sixteen 2-inch balls.
Put balls 1/2 inch apart on broiler pan.
In a 5-quart pan, Add remaining oil and whisk in flour, cook stirring 2 minutes.
Whisk in broth, remaining dill, salt and pepper until thickened, 2 minutes.
Add meat balls to sauce.
Simmer, covered, basting occasionally for 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in sour cream and remaining horseradish. Serve over noodles.
