Herb Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic salt or 1 clove garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 loaf French bread
Preparation

Soften butter and cream with parsley, oregano, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Cut loaf of bread in slices.
Spread both sides with the herb butter.
Wrap in foil and heat in oven (400\u00b0) for 10 minutes.
Five minutes before serving, open the foil and let the top of loaf get crusty again.
