Rice And Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef chuck strips
    1 large onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    1 c. red or green pepper strips
    2 c. beef bouillon
    3 tsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sherry (optional)
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and garlic in oil.
    Add ginger, pepper strips, bouillon, soy sauce and sherry.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
