Cheesy Rotini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. rotini (uncooked)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small pepper, chopped
    1/2 medium or small onion, chopped
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and broken up
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon (instant)
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook rotini and drain.
    Cook beef, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and onion for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring until brown.
    Drain.
    Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in milk, Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and rotini.
    Pour into 2 1/2-quart baking dish, top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
    Bake covered in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
