Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. partially cooked carrots
    1 large onion, sliced in thin rings
    1 large green pepper, cut in strips
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) tomato soup
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt (if desired)
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix and let set awhile or overnight.
