Broccoli And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped cauliflower
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. Minute rice, cooked
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    4 oz. Cheez Whiz or Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and cauliflower using package directions. Drain.
    Saute onion in butter in saucepan. Add rice, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, cheese soup and milk.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into buttered 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
