Marinated Grilled Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless turkey breasts
12 oz. beer
hickory salt
Preparation

Score turkey breasts.
Place in a large plastic container. Pour beer over top.
Generously sprinkle with hickory salt.
Let turkey marinate for 3 to 4 hours at room temperature.
Place on grill and lightly sprinkle with additional hickory salt.
Grill 20 to 25 minutes or until turkey is browned.
Makes 4 servings.
