Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 stalks celery
4 medium potatoes, peeled
1 onion, sliced
2 c. boiling water
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Dice the potatoes and cook with onion, celery and water, until tender.
Do not drain.
Mash the mixture with seasonings, add butter, cheese and milk.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Serve with grated Parmesan.
Serves 4 to 6.
