Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans hot chili beans
1 medium bag Doritos (either plain or nacho)
shredded cheese
1 to 2 cans Ro-Tel
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat and drain.
Mix cream of chicken soup, chili beans and Ro-Tel together.
Add meat.
Spread crushed Doritos on bottom of pan and cover with the mix.
Sprinkle cheese and then repeat with another layer of the mixture.
End with grated cheese on top.
Cook at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
