Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 medium potatoes, sliced
    2 onions, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Shred cheese; set aside.
    In 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
    Blend in flour.
    Add milk all at once; cook, stirring constantly until slightly thickened. Add shredded cheese, salt and pepper.
    Cook until cheese melts. Remove from heat.
    Add potatoes and onions to cheese sauce.
    Cook with semi-boneless ham for 12 hours in a crock-pot.
