Spanish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown chops.
    Saute pepper and onion.
    Add tomatoes and chops; simmer 1/2 hour.
    Add rice; cook until rice is done.
