Coffee Liqueur Clouds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp. whipped cream (lite)
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. coffee liqueur
    3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    In a blender, thoroughly mix Ricotta cheese, whipped lite cream, cinnamon, sugar and coffee liqueur.
    Blend until smooth. Divide mandarin oranges evenly into fine dessert dishes and top each with 1/2 cup of cheese mixture.
    Garnish with cinnamon.
